At HART we understand that sometimes you may need specific advice on an issue and an opportunity to consider your options.  This may be direct from a member of staff or via our Citizens Advice Bureau service, or through an external agency.
We can offer you advise through the following services

  • ​Advice from staff 
  • By appointment staff are available to talk things through with you
  • Citizens Advice Bureau Service
  • Every Third Tuesday, by appointment – to advise and advocate on benefits, welfare rights and finance.
  • Referral to specialist services
  • We work with outside agencies and can make referrals for counselling and specialist support
